Poor billing service and product ordering.
Supercare Health has attempted to bill me several times for more than my insurance has determined that I owe. Supercare's billing system seems to be rooted in the 1980's as there is no charge to the insurance Co.
noted or amount written off or amount the insurance Co. paid. It just shows the amount due so it does not allow for any meaningful customer review of the bill. The billing also contains a section at the bottom that covers additional charges, but there is never any info to support these additional charges.
This method of billing forces me to check my insurance online to determine what I owe. Supercare also bases their charges for what they think the insurance will pay, kinda like billing in advance. This does not work out for me. Billing staff remain anonymous unless you are talking to them and only respond to emails after being pestered.
Better to retain a copy of your email so you can paste it in for the next email instead of writing out long issues\complaints.
Just paying the bill is not good enough. Paying what you actually owe is what the customer should be doing.
